SCHEMA Proof of Concept


One common component of action plans is to run a ‘proof of concept’.  Today, it is comparatively easy to set up and execute one brand / one market pilots because of increasingly configurable cloud-based software, commonly available APIs and monthly software licences.


However, setting up a pilot on which major investment and roll-out decisions can be made requires careful planning, KPI setting, agency briefing, pilot management and evaluation.  The proof of concept methodology offered by The Customer Framework and its partners helps not only prove (or not) the concept, but helps re-wire the organisation to be able to deliver the benefits identified in the pilot, at scale, outside of the control environment.
