Much of TCF’s work is in helping large organisations redesign their Marketing function to be fit for purpose in a data-driven, digital, customer-centric world. The robust, repeatable SCHEMA approach is particularly useful in allowing us to look at the way marketing works in multi-national marketing organisations, where there is often a centralised, or regionalised, group function as well as local marketing functions. We have a benchmark research database of over 300 organisations and can use this to advise on best practice structures in b2b, b2c or integrated organisations.
