Su holds a degree in Public Relations from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), Magíster in Business Administration and Executive Marketing Programme from the Centro de Estudios Macroecnomicos de Argentina (CEMA).
Su has worked for Exxon Argentina and Grupo Santander covering marketing, sponsorships, brand image and special events. She has also worked with Gratis1.com as the sales manager for Latin America. She is a Customer Management leader and in Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance she developed their communications strategy and direct insurance sales.
