Sara provides specialist consultancy to help organisations effect change and realise the benefits from that change. It is her passion for brand communications that drives her and a determination to raise the profile of people and communication in business; for them to be recognised as critical to a company’s reputation and in establishing market leaders.
Sara has spent over 17 years working in brand, marketing, employee communications and PR for agencies and client-side. Her experience spans a range of industry sectors (healthcare, financial services, tourism, consumer goods, telecoms, broadcast and charity) and ‘big’ names (BT, Proctor and Gamble, Diageo, Orange, BBC, Alzheimers Society). Internal communications and employee engagement are her true expertise - she really enjoys making work more interesting, progressive and fun for employees, whilst simultaneously delivering benefit for the employer. She has run many successful and award-winning campaigns, surveys, reward and recognition programmes and events and external company accolades. As her previous Chief Executive once said "If you want something done, give it to Sara Dean!".
