Caroline combines insight-gathering skills and experience in a way that few other researchers do. Equally at home with quantitative and qualitative methodologies, she has the happy knack of bringing the numbers to life so clients leave the debrief with a clear sense of what it all meant, and more importantly, what priority actions were identified. Her focus is on delivering best quality and value research for every client, and whether that means mixed methodologies, unorthodox approaches or even not doing research at all, she’ll recommend solutions which she would implement if she were in the client’s shoes. Clients relish her frankness and down to earth, jargon-free style and Caroline enjoys the longstanding client relationships which she has developed over thirteen years as a consultant.
Caroline has a wealth of experience in communications strategy planning as well as in research, for clients in many markets. With an MSc in Counselling Psychology, she is confident relating to all kinds of research respondents on subjects ranging from the sensitive to the everyday. She is particularly adept at researching hard to access audiences such as politicians and the media, and at understanding how to improve senior stakeholder relationships.
