Caroline is our Marketing & Office Manager and has been responsible for setting up the new office at Lily Hill House, near Ascot. As well as many other tasks, she also looks after the day-to-day running of the office as well as co-ordinating the marketing campaigns, associate & client meetings and most importantly the Christmas party!
Starting her career in market research as a statistical analyst at Symphony IRI, Caroline moved into IT Support, heading up the online services helpdesk. At GfK she moved into a more commercial role as account manager for the DIY retailers to work on a specific project to report all their data online. Moving to Kantar Worldpanel saw her looking after a large number of Fresh Produce accounts – ask her anything about potatoes and she might just give you the answer!
Caroline holds a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics from De Montfort University and has a certificate from the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) for High Performance Management. In her spare time she enjoys a spot of bird-watching so is in her element when she is in the office as it is surrounded by beautiful parkland.
