Consumer Vision Shaper Module

The Consumer Vision Shaper Tool is a critical part of The Customer Framework (TCF) methodology for developing Consumer Engagement and Management Strategy in a socially - enabled consumer business.

 

The aim is to gather input from brand leaders and others to help understand the context for consumer engagement and management. Key stakeholders in the organisation take part in an exercise to indicate where they believe their business is now in terms of the way it engages and manages consumers and where it should be in the future.

The outputs enable TCF to:

  • Confirm alignment within the organisation behind the proposed strategy
  • Identify the strategic priorities the organisation should focus on
  • Understand the gap in current vs required capability and define a roadmap to realise the ambition
