SCHEMA Consumer is in development and will follow the same model as SCHEMA Customer, with integrated modules that address different parts of the challenge of building an organisation’s framework for Consumer Centricity.
This is designed for traditionally data-poor companies, and will reflect the impact of social media is revolutionising how these organisations engage and interact with their consumers, customers and agencies.
The priority tools we are focussing on are:
- Assessor Benchmarker to build and benchmark an objective and quantified understanding of current capability.
- Vision Shaper to define and create alignment behind a vision for what consumer-centricity needs to look like within the organisation.
- Value Estimator to put a realistic prediction in place for the performance uplift and financial value of achieving the vision.
