Change Readiness Assessment

The Customer Framework (TCF) knows that in order to succeed, a change programme must reflect the culture and ability of the organisation to change. 

 

Without a pressure for change, the programme will be seen as a low priority by many. 

The entire senior team must share a clear vision of the change that is required and how it is to be achieved, otherwise alot of energy will be wasted on false starts and functional priorities. 

Critical Success Factors are needed to ensure all activity focuses on key deliverables and nothing is overlooked.

The organisation must have the capacity for the change.

Identifiable first steps the organisation is to take should be established so everyone knows what they need to do tomorrow.

The TCF Change Readiness Module is based on a short questionnaire that enables each of these 5 pillars of change readiness to be quantified and identifies focus areas in order to improve the chances of success.

The same questionnaire also provides inputs to an algorithm that describes the cultural drivers of the organisation. This provides essential input to shaping priorities, planning the order of activities, the amount of time each type of activity requires and the engagement approach needed.

  • Clarity around how robust the business case needs to be
  • The order in which to do things
  • How aggressive the timeframes can be
