On 10th November, Nick Broomfield, TCF Director, spoke at the Adobe client conference in Amsterdam about Precision Marketing in Consumer markets.
On 20 October, Peter Kirk, Senior Consultant and Head of Media practice, spoke at the Data IQ Summit on London on a BBC case study; “how data driven marketing leads to better engagement with both audiences and content managers”. Peter also introduced TCF’s media research campaign.
On 20 October, also in London, Neil Woodcock, CEO, gave a key note session at the National Leaseholder Association’s conference on “engaging customers in a super-connected world”. He also ran a breakout workshop session with Steve Michaux, Head of Leasehold at A2 Dominion Housing Association.
On 24/25/26th, Neil Woodcock and Nick Broomfield were in Dublin at the GDS Omni-channel Conference talking on a diverse range of subjects including digital transformation, managing and measuring customer experience and using data to drive more relevant and personal marketing communications.
