Our Knowledge Base

The Customer Framework (TCF) has developed its own Knowledge Base to support all of the services it provides from the SCHEMA Toolset right through to our Thought Leadership level of consulting engagements. Our aim is to continually gather, process and store high-value knowledge ‘nuggets’ which quantify customer management performance and describe its key elements so that our consultants and partners are able to make better and more convincing recommendations to clients.

 

The Knowledge Items fall under four main categories:

  • Specific Customer Related KPIs and examples of where uplifts in these KPI’s have been achieved in the real world to act as precedents for those improvements forecast for our clients.
  • Capability Benchmarks from our assessment clients that clearly and objectively show what other organisations are actually doing in terms of over 400 Customer Management practices.
  • World-Class Exemplars of our core practices and of any other practices that have clearly been shown to add value to the organisations executing them.
  • Links to key articles and papers, many of which are not widely available, that provide deeper insight and support to the recommendations that we commonly make to clients.
